SICK DAYS


SICK DAYS
for those days where you just feel so sick and you have a cold that will not be your best friend.

so fall is around the corner, and those are the months where i personally get a cold most. here are a few tips on ways that will help your cold and reduce it. it won't have immediate affects to the point where you will feel better the next day, but it will benefit you!


starting off, drink orange juice. i love love love orange juice, and it has a lot of vitamins that will help your throat feel better. 

eat ice cream. this is so easy and no one needs to be told twice to eat ice cream. foods that are cold tend to help reduce the swollen throat.

sleep a lot. try to sleep a couple of hours more than usual. the best way to naturally feel better is sleeping. your body will feel rested and have a great relaxation.

drink hot tea! i personally don't like green tea, (am i weird? haha) but green tea does sooth your pain. i like to drink honey tea, but any tea will work!
