HOW TO STAY HEALTHY


Hi friends, today is Saturday, yay! Anyways, today I am going to show you a few ways to stay healthy and fit for your everyday life. in order to stay healthy, you must have a good amount of effort and thoughts on not to give up! Lets get started..

okay, one of my favorite alternatives for snacks, chips, and all things sugary, are fruits like watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and etc. a cool way to stay cool in hot summer weather, is blending the watermelon with ice and making a smoothie. 

If you are in for a sweet craving, try bananas. they are known to help craving for sugary things since it is sweet but nutritional which is perfect. also, instead of chocolate, try eating energy bars in the flavors like double chocolate. also, make sure to drink a lot of water since you need to stay hydrated. in order to stay fit, exercise at least three times a week
and try to stay keep up with this rule. some exercise tips are jump roping, sit ups, lunges, jumping jacks, and push ups. you will be healthy in no time and love your new lifestyle. remember to not give up, because there will be times where you just don't want to do it, but stay strong! -adventurist

back to school xoxo


hello little sunflowers...
how are you all doing? How many of you started school already? i am starting in two days, and to be honest, i am half excited and half nervous. this is my "getting ready for the first day of school" tutorial. this of course doesn't have to be exact for everyone at there, obviously, but this is my routine! i hope you enjoy and love school!

step one: waking up at 6:30am (better early than late) i spend thirty to forty minutes getting ready. (washing hair and picking out clothes) i would pick out my first day of school clothes the night before, so i don't have to waste any time and be late for the first day of school, cause that is like my biggest nightmare for the firs day. so the clock is right right at seven, and i eat a healthy breakfast, because you don't want to be exhausted throughout the day. i leave for school at 7:25 am (usually 7:35am but first day traffic jams are pretty bad).

step two: before you leave, i check my backpack to see if i have anything missing or if i need to put in something at the last minute. if not i drive to school! make sure you and your friends text each other a couple days before on where you guys will meet for break and lunch. you don't want to look like complete lost people! and if you are going to a new school, just try to be outgoing and its okay to sit by yourself on the first day, we all have been there.

step three: pay attention in class. i tend to be most awake on the first day, because you do not want to make a bad first impression on your new teacher. seriously, they will hold that grudge on you for the rest of your year. believe me. they may seem all sweet and lovely, but once you get that report card, it will all become the real truths. haha just kidding...maybe..

step four: after my first day of school, i like to get right into snacking! grab some sliced strawberries! afterwards i would finish my homework, not procrastinating and just try to make the best out of it.

guys, i have this thought running in my head all day before the first day of school. the thought is.. what teachers am i going to have? what will be the order of my classes? will i have pe after lunch and always get a stomach ache? gosh, will i have that same science teacher who is always making all the kids fall asleep? my advice is, even if worse comes to worst, make the best out of it. be positive, not negative. i wish everyone a good school year, and i hope i will have a good one too! hello school, goodbye summer 2k13

first day of school dilemmas.. 
hello sunflowers, how are you? this subject may be a little late since some of you already started school, but why not help the others who are still anxious about the first day.

it is natural to feel nervous for the first day of school, having little butterflies rouse in your stomach, and trying not to bite your tongue. but its best to stay relaxed and hope for the best.

if you are wondering on what to wear for the first day of school, i would recommend playing it safe. if your school does not have a dress code on shorts, then wear them! september or august is still the months where the sun is blazing. i recommend wearing skirts if you don't have the privilege of shorts. skirts may seem dangerous, especially if you are going to be running around all day, trying to figure out where your english AP class is. if that is what you are worrying about, wear some tight shorts under and you will be fine.

for my first day of school, i am thinking of wearing a crop top (that does not show a lot of skin) a high waisted circle skirt, and some sneakers. if you aren't super girly, i say go for some jeans, a floral top, and a light cardigan. breads are a great option for a hair look on the first day of school, and it will definitely keep your hair out of your face. 

i am always most worried about what teachers and who i will have in my class, and the order of my classes. for example, i would hate to have pe after lunch, because not only is the sun hot hot hot, but your stomach isn't fully digested. but in reality, its hard to get your perfect class, with your perfect teachers, and your perfect order. lets try to see the perks of what you get, and be thankful you didn't get worse. after all, in the end, everything will be alright. if its not alight, its not the end. -adventurist.

don't worry be happy


bullying

hello sunflowers, how are you doing? Today i am going to give advice to anyone who is out there who is suffering through bullying. this is a very touchy subject to a lot of the viewers, so please be considerate. before i start, i want to say if you are reading this and you have thought of self-harm or any other thoughts, but decided not to, i am proud of you. you did something 3000 people today could not. lets get started! 

it is important to simply not care. if you keep caring about what others think, it will give them an advantage to keep picking on you, threatening you. if the type of bullying you get is not physical, but just hurtful insults, just laugh them off. it doesn't matter what others think of you, it only matters what you think of yourself. love your body and yourself, because you are meant be loved. i know, its hard, i have been there. if the type of bullying you get is physical, then don't ignore it or fight back. just tell an adult, don't be scared to. if you feel like you shouldn't tell, in case the "bully" will hurt you, don't worry, the adults got your back.  remember, bullies are not strong, they are
weaker than you. a quote i love is "don't worry, be happy" and its actually a song. happiness is what everyone needs. from personal experience, i have been through that rough time everyone gets, and i cried and i was sad, and i realized its okay to cry, its okay to be sad. but, that doesn't mean i should be sad everyday or cry everyday. i pulled myself together and thought of all the reasons to be happy then to be sad. this may only relate to some of you, but i prayed to God as a religious person. that might not be everyones cup of tea, though. read your favorite books, watch funny movies, talk about with your friends. because remember, you are strong. you are not weak. 

as i was in a pursue of happiness, i noticed how we should learn to forgive. not for them, but for you. forgive the person that caused you pain, forgive the person that owed you a thousand dollars, forgive the person that made you cry every night, because once you forgive them, you feel happiness, you feel proud. you can say to yourself 'wow, i just forgave her / him.' you feel proud of what a big step you took. so guys, if you are going through that tough step, please don't worry, be happy. feel confidence in yourself, just pity them. i learned this quite the hard way, but better now then never, right? if you have any questions, or you just need a friend, comment below ^^ hope this helped you -adventurist.

feeling happier and better

hello guys, how are you? today i'm going to share with you what i do to stay healthy and happy. exercise helps make a person happy and reduce stress. whenever you are feeling mad or gloomy, exercise will help! if you are looking for a sign to rather be lazy and sit in your pajamas from forever 21 all day, or sweat and loose calories, then here it is! step one, its important to make sure you wait about half an hour to one hour if you just ate. running around can give you a stomach ache, so make sure you aren't too full. i like to always start of with jump roping. i usually do it in the garage, but if you have enough space in your living room, go for it. turn on the tv and watch a show, while jump roping. this will distract to for a longer time, so you can jump rope longer. after jump roping nonstop for about 20 minutes, then take a sip of water. it is important to stay hydrated. step two, after i jump rope, i like to do lunges. i go one leg then switch to the other leg a few seconds later. this will help your leg muscles
and your thighs. do 35 lunges on each leg. another way to help you keep going, is listening to some music. let it sooth you and keep going, even if its hard! remember you can do it! ^^ step three, after lunges, i like to go on my yoga mat, and put my legs up. once you put up your legs, spread them out, like each leg is trying to touch the floor. (air splits!) this is suppose to help your inner thighs. do twenty air splits. warning! it will burn the next day. but once you do this technique a lot, you will definetly feel better and healthier. step four, this step is actually for health. no matter how much you exercise, you must stay healthy in order for it to work. resist getting that mint chocolate chip ice cream, and instead eat some fruit. if you are really craving chocolate, then i suggest nutella. spread nutella over strawberries so it has a more healthy effect. so guys, i hope these four steps helped motivate you to stay healthy and go to the right path! comment your ways on exercising! see you! -adventurist.

CYRANO DATING AGENCY

Cyrano Dating Agency is a korean drama where a team tries to make other people's love dream into a reality. it is filled with all sorts of missions including ones that are quite hard to succeed. the team includes the main characters, Seo Byung-Hoon and Kong Min-Young. They secretly like each other and is a happy ending^^

Review: i think this drama is really cute and i am in love with the oct. but i'll get to that later. i think the drama is a bit cheesy in some parts, but in other it is a funny and mysterious. it reminds me of watching some cute version of a detective movie. the characters were will chosen in my opinion. there is a story hidden behind the cyrano theatre where they plan everything. going back to the oct, i mainly like the artiest, big baby driver. her voice is harmonious and soft, i tend to like her other osts too. i have been looking for a long time what the name of the song in the ost and was so happy when i finally found it. the song name is 'in the same storm' her other songs like 'you are everywhere' really is relaxing to here when its raining and the melody is great as well! i would recommend the artist to anyone. in this drama, i
i was more interested in looking at Soo Young's outfits that were picked. the style of of her fashion in that drama really looked pretty aha^^ i hoped this interested you in some way...? and i will talk to you soon and thanks for supporting! -adventurist.
