friends, today is Saturday, yay! Anyways, today I am going to show you a few
ways to stay healthy and fit for your everyday life. in order to stay healthy, you must have a good amount of effort and thoughts on not to give up! Lets get started..
okay, one of my favorite alternatives for snacks, chips, and all things sugary, are fruits like watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and etc. a cool way to stay cool in hot summer weather, is blending the watermelon with ice and making a smoothie.
If you are in for a sweet craving, try bananas. they are known to help craving for sugary things since it is sweet but nutritional which is perfect. also, instead of chocolate, try eating energy bars in the flavors like double chocolate. also, make sure to drink a lot of water since you need to stay hydrated. in order to stay fit, exercise at least three times a week
and try to stay keep up with this rule. some exercise tips are jump roping, sit ups, lunges, jumping jacks, and push ups. you will be healthy in no time and love your new lifestyle. remember to not give up, because there will be times where you just don't want to do it, but stay strong! -adventurist
